Review by hotel critic
Hotel Franchi exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay in Florence. the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. the cozy courtyard was the perfect spot to unwind with a coffee or cocktail, especially with the delightful DJ adding to the ambiance in the evenings. The modern and cheerful room surpassed those of more expensive hotels, offering a spacious layout with a larger and more modern bathroom. the minimalist decor was refreshing, with just the essentials provided, including a lovely balcony to enjoy the crisp morning air. Conveniently located near public transport links to the city center, Hotel Franchi is perfect for both business and budget travelers. the 24-hour reception, free WiFi, and essential amenities like a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries enhance the overall guest experience. the proximity to key attractions like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio adds to the hotel's allure. Overall, Hotel Franchi offers a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and attentive service, making it an ideal choice for a memorable stay in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the best that the city has to offer, whether for business or leisure.
